Audio Recordings
Bill's songs and stories feature regularly on radio and television and his plays have been performed throughout Australia. He has performed his songs and stories from outback places such as Mount Dare (pop.10), down the Birdsville Track with the Great Australian Cattle Drive, on the Ghan as part of Great Southern Rail's ANZAC Tribute Journey and at the Transport Hall of Fame gala dinner at Alice Springs with Slim Dusty.
'Bill "Swampy" Marsh shared his life and talents generously with an appreciative audience…his love of the Australian countryside and the people who live there was evident in every ballad and story he sang and told.'
—Border Chronicle
Hi Swampy—Just want to say a big 'thank you'. It was fantastic to have you aboard & the performance was brilliant. I hope you're willing to work with us again as we will most definitely be booking you again and recommending you to others! Enjoy your upcoming trip on The Ghan!
—Jessica Playford (Great Southern Rail)
'The CD arrived today. We all stood 'round and listened. And we all got choked up and teary. It is so beautiful.'
—Kate Mayes (Publisher–Little Hare)

'Wherever I roam
In this great big world,
There's nowhere I'd rather be
